#MarsWalk Day 157, 926.7 km

I was off the Internet, pretty much, all weekend, so this is late.

I found one of my lost pedometers! The first one. I came across it lying in my yard while I was mowing the lawn — and no, I didn’t run over it with the lawnmower. I don’t think. Despite exposure it appears to be working fine, aside from apparently a dead LCD segment or two, nothing vital though. And I hadn’t yet ordered a new one, so now I don’t have to.

I’m past 900 km now, and 30% of the distance.

Not much distance this past week, again. Counterintuitively, I think the warmer weather means I’m busier with stuff which give me less opportunity to go walking. And I haven’t gotten on the bike in a while either.

On Mars, to my west are some more channels (seen here in THEMIS Day IR):Screen Shot 2016-06-12 at 10.14.19 PMand the middle of that image corresponds to this HiRISE image of “Lobate Flows North of Granicus Valles”. I don’t know what it means but it looks interesting.Screen Shot 2016-06-12 at 10.14.40 PM
