#MarsWalk Day 113, 668.7 km

No bicycling this week, and busy with various things, so I was back down to my typical 40-ish km for the week.

Unless you want to make note of 666 km, there’s not much of interest to talk about. The Martian terrain here is uninteresting… in fact, maybe interestingly uninteresting. I’m about in the middle of this:Screen Shot 2016-04-29 at 9.25.44 PMThat’s not a photo, it’s data from MOLA, the Mars Orbiter Laser Altimeter, on the Mars Global Surveyor spacecraft; I screencapped it from JMars. There’s some intriguing channels or something to the west, and rougher terrain to the east, but in the middle: smooth. Flood plain or something?
